Reflecting on the past year, I am exceptionally proud to share our last batch of National Test (SATs) results were outstanding—a true testament to the hard work, determination, and brightness of our children. For the vast majority of our Year 6 cohort, these results mark the culmination of four wonderful years with us, and watching them grow into confident, capable individuals has been a privilege. We also know that some pupils joined us later in their junior journey, and I am equally proud of how quickly they embraced our school and the remarkable progress they made. Well done to our fantastic Year 6 leavers; they left a lasting legacy here and with many returning to the front gate to revisit us and update us, we wish you every success in your next chapter.

These achievements do not happen by chance. Behind the scenes, our dedicated staff and volunteers work tirelessly through targeted interventions—including phonics, pre-teach sessions, utilising resources and specialist SEND support and many opportunities to challenge, extend and deepen their knowledge in all subjects. While parents might not always see these daily mechanisms at play, our visitors and volunteers see first-hand the incredible effort that goes into driving academic progress while maintaining our high expectations for behaviour and presentation.
