Surrey Immunisation Service is coming in to Wallace Fields Junior School to administer the flu vaccinations on 10th November 2026.   We sent you a letter shortly with more information and complete the e-consent form. If you do not want your child to receive a vaccine, we ask you to complete a consent form and select the ‘No’ option.
