Please make your way through the playground to the Garden room – this is opposite our Year 6 block. Please queue up outside the door and wait to be called due to privacy purposes. All medication, including return travel sickness pills, must be clearly named and handed in with written instructions to school at this meeting. We cannot accept medicine at any other time as full instructions must be given in a face to face meeting. The only exception to this are antibiotics, which can be handed in on the Wednesday morning.

Full instructions about dosage and times should be written down and handed in with the medication at this meeting, so that it can be recorded accurately before the trip. For those children who use inhalers and EpiPens, please provide a copy of an up-to- date care plan at the meeting. Please ensure a spare inhaler or epipen is provided on/ by the day of the trip. School inhalers and EpiPens will be taken from school on Wednesday morning. However, we are required to take two sets. If your child arrives on the morning of the trip without their home epipen/inhaler we cannot guarantee that we can take your child.
