Year 3 are very excited to be going on a trip to Butser Ancient Farm on Thursday 26th March 8.00 am to 3.30 pm.  Please see the letter sent by email with all the details but the key information are as follows:-

THERE IS AN EARLY START FOR THIS TRIP Children need to arrive at 8.00am.  It is an early start so please ensure your child is in school at 8.00 a.m. for registration as the coach will be leaving school promptly at 8.15a.m. 
We will be leaving Butser at 2pm so should be back at school for 3.30pm.  Please check your email for any news on delays to this time, please do not call the School Office.
Children should wear school uniform on their top half (Jumper or cardigan, shirt and tie) and casual clothing on their bottom half such as jogging bottoms or jeans suitable for messy activities.
Children should wear trainers to wear all day that are suitable for muddy conditions and bring a change of shoes in a carrier bag
 All MUST bring a named waterproof raincoat as they will be outside all day and depending on weather extra layers, sun cream and hat.
They should take a water bottle and a packed lunch in a small back pack. 
If any children have specific allergies and may need antihistamine medicine such as Piriton products; then please let their class teacher know and provide a named container on the morning of the trip.
If children suffer from travel sickness alert teachers by Wednesday 25th March.  Administer medicine before they get dropped off and supply named medication for the return journey.
If you haven’t done so already, please don’t forget to pay on Scopay.  The voluntary contribution is £52 per child to cover the cost of two trips - Butser Farm trip and Wisley Gardens. Smaller instalments are available and financial assistance may be possible on request. We will treat payment as permission to take part in the trip.
