Year 6 are very much looking forward to their Music assembly and many have already spoken to me about what they plan to do which is wonderful. I’m delighted they realise how important it is to be well prepared and rehearsed for performances and have organised themselves so early! Just to confirm, auditions will take place in class on Thursday 8th January 2025. Performers need to bring instruments (they can be stored in the music room) on this day and know which backing track they will be using. Words for singers need to be memorised or printed out prior to the auditions please. Parents will be notified shortly after this and are welcome to join us for the performances on Tuesday 20th January 2025 (probably around 2.45ish depending on the number of children performing).
