As I am sure you are aware, Year 4 have been working hard learning the recorder over this last term. It is always a good experience to prepare for a performance as it raises expectations and playing to an audience is another skill that provides valuable experience. I have booked the hall for the afternoon of Wednesday 16th July, to put on two mini-recorder concerts during the Year 4 music lesson time, and we would love to invite those who are able to come and watch. I realise a concert in the middle of the working day isn't the most convenient so we have started recording performances of the pieces in class so that I can share these with you before the end of term.
