We gave the children a school dinners questionnaire as it is always important to find ways of improving the quality and variety of lunches for them. The results were very helpful and so I shared them with Twelve15 (the catering company that provides our school cooked lunches) and I have met with them to plan some exciting new menus and taster sessions for parents. They have increased the staffing and are hosting taster sessions for parents/carers. A unique opportunity to come in and taste the menu.
The first taster session is on Monday 19th May 2025 at 2.45pm until the end of the school day (3.25pm/3.30pm). If you are interested in coming along then please complete the Google form by clicking here and this will help the kitchen ensure they prepare enough food for those visiting. An easy stop off before collecting your children from school and aimed primarily at those who are looking to choose a hot and nutritious meal for their children rather than having to prepare a packed lunch every day.
On the day - please come into school via the main office and they will direct you to the food tasting location. The dead line for booking is Tuesday 13th May 2025 so do not delay and complete the very short expression of interest form.
